As a council of churches, the Pennsylvania Council
of Churches does three things:
- We demonstrate the fellowship (koinonia) our member churches
already enjoy with each other, fellowship rooted in our common
confession of Jesus Christ as Lord.
- We engage together in common ministries of witness and service.
- We work for the visible unity of the church--which we believe to be
both God's will for the church and also God's gift to us.

- To learn about the Council's plans for the future, visit "Plan
of Ministry," the document that explains our program for the
coming year...
